Sacer Turbo Actuator

When turbo actuator on your vehicle is going wrong, Check 5 things. Basically, Turbochargers are very reliable: no more than 1% of turbo problems due to a manufacturing failures in the turbocharger. 95% of turbine failures are caused by lack of oil, oil contamination or foreign object damage. It is obvious that turbo failures create much troubles on us. Before you fit a new turbo parts, find out what’s going wrong or you risk the replacement failing too. To help identify common failures, we’ve created a series of help guides, the first of which covers the turbo actuator . When you have a actuator and it’s going wrong on your car. Here are 5 things you need to go over. The valve Here are 4 common valve issues that can cause actuator problems: A worn out valve stem Seized up packing An obstruction Too much torque Repairing the actuator does not help when the valve causes a malfunction. Instead, it wastes time and money - getting you back where yo...

You must know turbocharger but may have never heard about turbo electronic actuator. It is   a simple component on a vehicle. Not everyone knows about it. But you will be amazed by its powerful function. A turbo electronic actuator serves as a pressure relief valve that controls the turbo boost output by turning exhaust excess gas away from the turbine. This helps control the speed of the turbine, prevents it from overspeeding, and regulates the speed of the compressor. Finally, by limiting the turbocharger's maximum boost pressure to a safe level, this helps protect the turbocharger from unnecessary wear. Actually, Sacer turbo electronic actuators perform these functions surprisingly well. What’s special, our new product SACER SA1150 Smart Electronic Actuators (SEAs) is integrated electronics with position sensing provides enhanced accuracy resolution which will impress you. Of course, it’s only a little bit of its whole benefits. There are DC brushless motor...

Euro 5 emissions standards require precise control of intake air flow .That’s why Electronic actuators come out. Electronic actuators offer the highest precision-control positioning and are more powerful than the pneumatic actuators. You may wonder at how a electric turbo actuator works. A turbo electric actuator is a simple device – it features a spring and a diaphragm. The wastegate is normally closed, held shut by a spring inside the actuator canister. When the preset pressure limit is exceeded, the actuator gradually opens the wastegate, allowing exhaust flow to bypass the turbine, thus adjusting manifold boost pressure. That precisely describe a electric turbo actuator’s  working principle. Every repairer wanna desire for a kind of electric turbo actuator that’s working efficiently on vehicle and collaborate well with other parts. SACER Smart Electronic Actuators is definitly what you want. Each SACER Smart Electronic Actuator individually satisfies world...
